Better known by its abbreviation PX this is the richest and stickiest of the sherry styles. By sun drying the grapes, Barbadillo have ensure that sugars become very concentrated indeed- hence the sweetness. If you haven’t before, we highly recommend pouring over ice cream!

Product Description
Barbadillo released its first sherry, a Manzanilla, back in 1827 giving the family now nearly 200 years to hone its skills and refine each of the extended range. Their sherries are predominately created from grapes picked with their own 500 hectares of vineyards all of which lie around Sanlucar de Barrameda and Jerez.
